Apparently a shooting in 48 West occurred tonight. Or at least, a gun was shot off. Really interested to know which complex, considering I live in here…at least it seemed as though no one was hurt.
So excited for the next few weeks
- One of my best friends is coming to visit next weekend
- Dark Knight Rises will be released
- Bonfire with friends
- Mayhem Festival (AKA Slipknot!) the following day
- Then a bit later, I’m heading down to St. Louis with 2 of my Fraternity brothers for our National Congress which is held every other year. I’ve never done anything at the national level with the Fraternity so this will be an awesome experience
- And then after I take my MCAT re-take, move back to Allendale
- And begin my last year of undergrad at GVSU

I have definitely lost a large amount of my proficiency in Spanish since dropping it after my Freshman year.
I really wish I would have kept it as my minor, that would’ve been so smart. But I’m currently typing a short message to someone and most of the words are coming to me. It probably doesn’t help I’m listening to music in English right now. Combining languages is hard as shit.
Funny this appeared on my Dash, I’m actually re-discovering this show as of late. I started watching it again in the Frieza Saga and it still just as awesome as I remember it. This show, was definitely my childhood.

Locking myself in Mackinaw until my brain is 110%filled with Biochem
Roommate was in the hospital.
Luckily, he still has his appendix, seeing as we thought that’s what was causing the issue. After 5 hours, we were on our way back to GV and he offered to buy me food for sitting with him the whole time. I suggested Toxic Hell because the Doritos tacos sounded excellent.
I got home and began eating. Not even 30 seconds after I get done, my insides revolt. ‘Twas not a pleasant experience. And I don’t regret it, although I know I still hate Taco Bell. And it still hates me back.
Trip to Mr. Burger was successful.
The burgers were actually really, really good. The fries were lacking a bit of flavor but the burgers were good enough to go back for them again. Definitely worth the trip.
